The State of Israel, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Employment, the Small and Medium Sized Business Authority (hereinafter: the Ministry) offers the information in this online service on the Internet (hereinafter: “the Service”) subject to the following terms. The term “user” hereinafter refers to any person who comes into contact with or logs into the service.

The copyright according to the copyright laws in force in Israel and according to international conventions, copyrights for Ministry publications, including those published in this Service, is held by the State of Israel. This copyright applies inter alia to texts, images, illustrations, maps, audio clips, video clips, graphics and software applications (hereinafter: “the Protected Material”), unless it has been explicitly stated that the Protected Material’s copyright belongs to another party.

The user is entitled to make “fair use” of the Protected Material according to the rules established in the law. Fair use includes reasonable quotation of the Protected Material.

The aforesaid quoter must indicate the source of the quote, whether originating from the Ministry or elsewhere. The user may not make any distortion, vitiation or other change to the Protected Material nor perform any act that may undermine the value of the Protected Material that may detract from the dignity or reputation of the copyright holder thereof.

Subject to the copyright laws, the user may not copy, redistribute, retransmit or publish the Protected Material without the Ministry’s prior written consent.

The Service is offered to the public “as is”. The Ministry will bear no responsibility for the suitability of the Service for the user’s needs. Furthermore, the Ministry will assume no responsibility for errors or mistakes in the material presented in the Service. The Ministry will bear no responsibility for modifications made to the material presented in the Service by the user or any third party.

The site operators are not responsible for the advice given on this site or for any damage and/or direct and/or indirect harm of any kind incurred by a user as a result of use and dependence on consultation, material, information, actions and services presented in the site or accessed via links appearing therein.
